If the goods are incorrect you must return them without removing the cellophane wrapper. You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the items. We will replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours. You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the cellophane wrapper.
Please note we do not refund any shipping / postage cost you may have been charged. Please enclose a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are making the return. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, please return unopened and unused item in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, as shipping fees will apply to each order if placed separately. We advise you to group your items in one order. Order placed within Lagos would be delivered 1 working day after dispatched and orders for other States would normally take 3 – 5 working days depending on the state. Order Placed before 12pm within Lagos would delivered next business day. Your orders are generally dispatched 1 working day after order is placed, processed and payment received (if bank transfer is chosen as payment option).
